Meet the Doctor
My aspiration in becoming a physician was strongly influenced by my desire to help others. My strong values in family and faith guide me in treating my patients as members of my own. It is very important that tender care of the mind, body, and soul is given.
As a graduate from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, a holistic approach to medicine has been pivotal in the success of my patients' well being. My journey was led to completing internal medicine residency at St. John Hospital in Warren, MI. Shortly thereafter, I became board certified in Internal Medicine.
My experience out of residency began in hospital medicine, where I worked for a private company in the hospital I trained in. This course eventually led me to moving to Ohio for a number of years. There I worked for University Hospital in out-patient medicine. Then I worked as a hospitalist at The Cleveland Clinic.
When I returned home to Michigan, I began working for Mclaren Lapeer hospital as an out-patient internist. Through the years, I have realized that the greatest care I can provide my patients is to branch out on my own and start my own private practice. I continue to work as a hospitalist at Mclaren Port Huron. This allows me to continue advanced medical care and apply it to my own patients.
